Opened in 2005. The last renovation took place in 2022-2023 (Standard & Executive Suite rooms in the main building were completely renovated). All standard rooms after the renovation were upgraded to the Superior category. Connecting rooms were added in the main building. In addition, the main pool was renovated, and cosmetic repairs were made in all Bungalow & Family rooms.
The hotel consists of a main 3-storey building and a complex of 1-storey bungalows.
