The farmstead was built in 1950. It was rebuilt into a hotel in 2013. It is updated annually.
The hotel consists of two separate two-story buildings. A total of 8 rooms.

The farmstead is located on the green hills of the Marche region, among vineyards in the center of the wine-growing area of Verdicchio, 25 km from the sea and the beach of the resort of Senigallia. The town of Jesi is 10 km from the farmstead, the famous karst caves "Grotte di Frasassi" are 30 km away.
