The family-run hotel, which is an art nouveau villa with a garden, is located in the green and most exclusive residential area of Vienna, Döbling. The bus (40A) stops in front of the hotel and takes guests directly to the city center. The underground U4 (green line) is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, the underground U6 (brown line) 17 minutes walk. There are two parks, an observatory and a cottage village quarter (villas built by famous architects for prominent figures) in the immediate vicinity to be discovered from the vibrant city center.
