The island was bought by Marcegaglia tourism in 1988, since then the standards of holiday have been rising every year.
The island has 300 apartments and villas, as well as two hotels (Hotel Capo Nord consists of one 2-storey building, with a total of 87 rooms; Golf Hotel consists of a one-storey building, with a total of 22 rooms). The total area is 8 km2. Accommodation is expected for 12,000 tourists.

Trilo S3: for 4-6 persons, about 65 m2, in a two-storey house with terrace, living room with kitchenette (some with dishwasher) and sofa bed for two persons, two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds or bunk beds), 2 bathrooms (shower, WC); location: "Firodi", near the coast of Capo Nord or in the Conchiglia residence.
Quadrilo S4 : for 5-7 persons, about 90 m2, in a two-storey house with a terrace, living room with kitchenette (with dishwasher) and a sofa bed for 2 persons, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two separate beds, one with one single bed), 2 bathrooms (shower, WC), washing machine; location: "Fiordi".

The private island of Albarella is located in the "Po delta" park, 70 km south of Venice between Chioggia (30 km) and Comacchio (45 km)
The island can be reached by car via the isthmus (12 km) connecting Arabella to the mainland, by boat or by helicopter. On the island, cars are allowed to get to and from the island, and travel is provided by bicycles, golf carts, shuttle train, roller skates or on foot. Electric cars are allowed, motorcycles (petrol) and campers are prohibited, max. permitted speed: 30 km / h.
