6 Garden Room (72 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Small cozy rooms with a garden view are located in the center of the island away from the coastline. King-size bed with a canopy, bathroom, and an outdoor shower in the inner garden. Open terrace with sun loungers. There are interconnecting rooms.
13 Beach Suite (101 m2 , max. 3+1 pers.). Beachfront villas with direct beach access. Bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed, sitting area, small dressing area, spacious bathroom, private garden. Terrace with a swimming pool, dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a small gazebo with a daybed.
7 Beach Villa (116 m2 , max. 3+1 pers.). Spacious beach villas with direct access to the beach. Separate bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed and a living room. Spacious bathroom, dressing area. Terrace with a swimming pool, dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a small gazebo with a daybed.
17 Water Suite (107 m2 , max. 3+1 pers.). Overwater villas with sunrise views. Bedroom with living area, spacious bathroom, dressing area. Terrace with swimming pool, sun loungers, small gazebo with daybed for relaxation and direct descent into the water.
13 Water Villa (120 m2 , max. 3+1 pers.). Overwater villas located on the western side of the island. Separate living room (can be used as an additional bedroom) and bedroom with a dressing area, spacious bathroom. Terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a small gazebo with a daybed for relaxation and direct access to the water. The design of this category of rooms was developed by Japanese architect Koichiro Ikebuchi.
1 Two Bedroom Beach Suite (131 m2 , max. 4 or 3+2 persons). The villa is identical to the Beach Suite category, but additionally has a second bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Ideal for families with children.
2 Two Bedroom Beach Villa (145 m2 , max. 4 or 3+2 persons). Beach villas with two bedrooms and direct access to the beach. One bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, the second has two twin beds. In one of the rooms of this category, the second bedroom is a separate building, in the other it is adjacent to the main bedroom. Spacious bathroom, small dressing area, terrace with a swimming pool. The villa is perfect for families with children.
1 Two Bedroom Beach House (296 m2 , max. 4 or 3+2 persons). Two-storey beach villa with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size four-poster bed, the other has two twin beds. Separate living room, terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a small gazebo with a ottoman, private green lawn.
1 Maalifushi Beach Villa (296 m2 , max. 5 or 4+2 persons). Spacious beach villa with two bedrooms and a separate study, which can be used as an additional bedroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has two twin beds. Kitchenette, spacious bathroom, terrace with a swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers and a small gazebo with a ottoman. 1 Maalifushi Water Villa (213 m2 , max. 5 or 4+2 persons). A magnificent overwater villa with two bedrooms is located at the maximum distance from the shore, at the very end of the bridge of water villas. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other has two twin beds. A separate living room with a dining area, a separate study, a dressing room for each bedroom, a "powdery" room, an equipped kitchen, two spacious bathrooms. A terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a gazebo with a daybed for relaxation and direct descent into the ocean.
2 COMO Villa (408 m2 , max. 5 or 4+2 persons). Luxurious overwater villa with two spacious bedrooms. Consists of two connected buildings – one has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, a dressing room, a separate living room, a terrace with sun loungers and access to the water; the second building has a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom, an office, an equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, a spacious living room, a terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, and direct access to the water. 1 COMO Residence (296 m2 , max. 10 people). A luxurious two-storey beach villa with four bedrooms. Each floor has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one with two twin beds. The bedrooms on the second floor have access to a spacious balcony. Dressing areas and spacious bathrooms. A small guest bathroom on the ground floor. A large living room with a seating area and a dining area, a small equipped kitchen, a separate TV room (there is a PS3 console). A terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers, a gazebo with a ottoman and a green lawn. Butler services. The room is ideal for accommodating large groups of friends or families with children.

Transfer : Transfer is provided depending on the time of day of arrival and departure - 60 minutes by seaplane (from 06:00 to 16:00) or 35 minutes by domestic flight to the local airport of Thimarafushi + 25 minutes by speedboat (including at night, from 04:30 to 23:30).
