Built in 2005. The last internal renovation was done in 2015. In 2022, external renovation of the buildings, restaurant and lobby bar was done.
Consists of two 6-storey buildings. Total of 224 rooms:
DBL Ground Floor without Balcony (on the ground floor, without balcony, 2 single beds, extra folding bed, max. 3 persons, 28-30 m2);
Standard (one double or 2 single beds, pull-out sofa, max. 3 persons, 30 m2 );
Family Room (one large room, double bed, pull-out sofa and pull-out chair, max. 3+1 persons, 35 m2 );
Apartment (bedroom with double bed and living room, connecting door, living room with two separate beds and non-extendable sofa, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, 2 minibars, max. 5 or 4+2 persons, 50 m2 ).
